rsrchgrp LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Unknown Rohith, Managing Member, assumes no personal liability for company obligations. Our liability is contractually limited to fees paid for the engagement.

Intellectual Property

Work product becomes client property upon full payment unless otherwise specified. rsrchgrp methodologies and strategic frameworks remain our proprietary property.

Governing Law

All agreements governed by Wyoming law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming under AAA rules.

Our assessment collects: name, email, company or project name, phone number (optional), your responses, and technical information (IP address, browser, timestamp). This information is used only to respond to your submission. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties. We do not use cookies or third-party tracking.
